First stop on the second of my European trips was Krakow, Poland. I’d never been to Krakow or Poland before so this was very exciting. This course was the venue for last years Junior and U23 World Championships. I had a few days training here and getting used to the course before the race the following weekend. I really loved training and racing here! In the Saturday’s race I came 9th in K1 and 4th in C1 and in the Sunday’s race I came 9th in K1 and 1st in C1. This meant that overall in C1 I won a silver medal!! I had a really good race in C1 even beating my K1 at times! Next stop, Ceske, Czech Republic.
