This weekend was my first Div 1 race this season and I started the season off in style. Being my first visit to Shepperton I was exited to get on the water. After 1st runs I was in 12th place (which was higher than I should have been due to my bib number) and I was eager to see if I could improve upon it. So after 2nd runs I had improved my time by a massive 18.21 seconds which then put me in 4th place. I was chuffed with this result as this race was only my 6th race in div 1. Also 4th place was high enough that I managed to get some points that may go towards promotion.
